Global Compact Network Bangladesh
"The CSR Centre is the Focal Point of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in Bangladesh with the objective to promote the 10 Principles of the UNGC and assist companies and other stakeholders to engage in strategic CSR initiatives and programs." The Centre represents national interests at Global Compact forums and conferences throughout the world. As a principle promoter of UNGC it encourages the membership of signatories in the local network. The UN Global Compact is guiding companies to fulfill their CSR responsibility, aiming at its ultimate goal of achieving corporate sustainability by integrating UNGC core values:
